  • claims that arose before these or any prior Terms (including, but not limited to, claims relating to advertising);
  • claims that are currently the subject of purported class action litigation in which you are not a member of a certified class; and
  • claims that may arise after the termination of these Terms.

This website and all materials, documents or forms provided on or through it are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal Lawyer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied. Personal Lawyer makes no warranty as regards the site, or that the materials will meet your requirements, or that they will be available in an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free basis, or that the results obtainable from the site is accurate or reliable for your purposes or meets your expectations. All materials obtained from the site is at your own discretion and risk. Personal Lawyer shall not have responsibility any damage to your computer or loss of data resulting from the download of any content.

Personal Lawyer, its officers, directors, employees, agents and contributors shall be held harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damage arising in any way, (including but not restricted to lawyers fees and related costs and expenses of litigation, arbitration or trial at any state) whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action or arising out of or in connection with this Agreement including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage arising from this Agreement and or any violation by you of any applicable laws or regulations. Except to the extent prohibited by law, if there is a liability found on Personal Lawyer, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and / or services purchased. Under no circumstances shall there be consequential or punitive damages.

In relevant cases, Personal Lawyer does not guarantee the results or outcome of your procedure or the time within which the results will be available, where the government or third party is the approving authority. In some cases, the relevant authority may have a backlog that may cause long delays in completing the procedures and registrations. Problems like these are beyond our control, however, we guarantee you that we will carry out our duties timeously. Note that Personal Lawyer will not be liable to exchange your document after purchase because your situation or state of mind has changed. Personal Lawyer does not offer a refund on materials purchased on its site.
